People don't become billionaires unless they are twisted inside. Anyone with that kind of wealth cannot help but believe they are better than everyone else. I believe this is true even if the billions were handed to them by inheritance.

When I visited China decades ago, I remember thinking if they wanted to go green, they could do it, and do it well (really, better than the US could). Why? Wherever I went, across the entire country, the same trees were planted beside all the highways.
