First run after Chicago last weekend. Problem leg so going to be a tough winter of physio. Got a new hanger for majors and have got a place for Sydney next year. 4x marathons in 4x countries and 3x continents this year which has been fun too.

Before & after the Berlin Marathon. Lack of proper training & horrible conditions made it an interesting day. Nice course, lots of runners, not the same crowds as London but loads of bands & music.
4:48:46 time. Slowest race by far but pretty happy with just getting round!
