I'm re-teaching myself to knit. A simple four stitch alternating knit/purl pattern. Not bad, considering it's been at least a decade since I picked up knitting needles.

I'm making chicken and dumplings in the crock pot, and the bones from the bone-in skin-on breasts are roasting to be turned into stock later. And I made homemade croutons this morning. Smells great in here!

Yesterday I experimented with diluted clear craft glue to stiffen the crocheted snowflakes, and this morning I awoke to stiff flakes! It worked, and dried overnight!
