Could CBD/THC help agitation in dementia?

🧠 Studies show low-dose CBD/THC combo (<10 mg THC) reduces agitation in people with dementia. ⚠️ Excessive THC causes discomfort/illness. Not med advice.

I just got my blood plasma test for pTau217. I believe this is the most reliable blood bookmaker.

Aiming for lifestyle adjustments following the Pronene Memory Plan, and then reassessing in 2-4 months. N = 1.

This is a great short article highlighting the potential value of these biomarkers.

💙 To All Caregivers:

Days can be very hard. Especially showering and dressing in cases of dementia. Even if you don’t feel loving, what you’re doing is love in action. Your care makes a difference, even on the hardest days.

Important read: In my practice, I regularly see teens who tell me they are awake on school nights until 1 or 3 am (!) on Tic Tok, YouTube, and Snapchat mostly. This is a national crisis. Teens are smart and can often buy their tablets. Parents have no idea.
