Forgot to post these yesterday, but had fun running T-TRAK and Mini Dioramas with my train club in Clinton, MO yesterday.

Here's the underside of one of the T-TRAK modules from last night's post.

Latest project. Remote yard turnout controls for T-TRAK. Each end has full controls for both ends, and they communicate wirelessly. ESP32 for the brains and a whole lot of wiring underneath. I did the code (with help) and another club member provided the hardware.

This, which was a thing that Gen X also had to learn - at least Gen Z has figured it out.

I worked on another mini diorama over the weekend, and put the finishing touches on it today. I've had the astronaut and the little rocket for a while, and finally got around to creating the diorama to put them on.

You won’t regret being kind.

Even if no one notices.

Even if it’s hard.

You’ll still know you did the right thing.

I wasn't completely happy with my mountain pass mini diorama, because the Kato track just looked so plastic and fake compared to the scenery. Tonight I fixed that. Added some rust to the rails and weathering powder to the plastic roadbed, and I think it looks much better than before.

Built a new Mini Diorama yesterday, based on the high line on the Durango & Silverton railroad in Colorado. I think I did a pretty good job on it.

If anyone would like one of these solely for the price of postage (& a bit extra of your choice but no problem if not), please email me and Jim at hello@tom-cox.com and let us know your address.

Stephen Fry called this book "hilarious" but what does he know? Don't trust him. Give it a go yourself.

I had my fingernails painted all throughout Pride Month, because I wanted to embrace typically non-masculine things that I enjoy. A few people were confused at first, but most everyone reacted positively when I told them what I was doing.
