I once knew a Federal bank examiner, and one time someone asked him why we had to KEEP inspecting banks over and over. He basically said every new batch of business school grads invents bank fraud from first principles.

This standard is only ever applied to trans kids. I do not see it applied to other kids who hit puberty faster than other kids. I did not see it applied to Derrick Henry, who was built like a car when he was running over future accountants and gas station attendants on Florida high school fields
I'm sorry, but there absolutely ARE legitimate concerns.
A kid with XY chromosomes who identifies as female but hasn't medically transitioned in any way is a trans kid. And THAT SPECIFIC trans kid probably should not be playing on the girl's basketball team despite their identification as female.
