This is a huge deal. Authorities could conceivably take YOU off the street, claim they didn't know you're a citizen, and ship you overseas w/out judicial review. You could scream "I'm a citizen," but w/out a judge present, it falls on deaf ears. And then gov't claims they can't get you back.
If the Supreme Court decides that the government can "erroneously" disappear you off the street to a foreign torture prison, and that federal courts have no power to do anything about it, that is, in a meaningful way, Pretty Much It www.supremecourt.gov/DocketPDF/24...

We've heard concerning things about the Social Security Administration lately, so I decided to check for myself.
SSA says Wednesday is the best day to call, so I called then.
Their system told me there would be a two-hour wait time, told me to call back, and then just hung up.
