Can anyone point me to the media story about the largest ever warship export deal ever agreed by the UK that was announced this morning?

It’s worth £10bn. It will protect 4000 jobs, provide growth for up to 400 small businesses.

Where is our bloody media?

The Guardian has been reporting for months now that Ed Miliband was going to be thrown under the bus, rolling back on net zero etc

He has emerged as the biggest winner in the #spendingreview.

The Guardian is becoming a bit of a joke and an unreliable source.

Starmer has his critics in this country but knowing him and Mark Carney are in power is very reassuring.
This weekend, Canada will welcome Prime Minister Keir Starmer to Ottawa.

The ties between Canada and the United Kingdom are historic and enduring. Prime Minister Starmer’s visit will further strengthen them — as we build on the partnership that keeps our nations safe and our economies strong.

Reeves is correct in what she is saying right now. Her reform of the fiscal rules to differentiate investment from current spending was crucial. There's much to criticise her for, but she gets nowhere near enough recognition for this.

Good - this is a common sense growth lever for the Chancellor. We already have youth mobility schemes with a dozen non-EU countries. And two thirds of Brits would support such a scheme.
