Of note, "severe" hemorrhagic transformation (PH2) was a contraindication, suggesting petechial bleeding isn't a reason to delay AC

Additionally, early initiation was considered <4 days regardless of stroke severity (but only ~12% were NIHSS >15), and pre-morbid AC was not a contraindication
