Someone just asked why we're buying apple juice from China when we have apple surpluses here sometimes. In addition to not having the processing infrastructure, if we were to try and replace the apple juice we import (~430 million gallons) we'd need to grow an additional 15 billion apples per year.

25% of respondents said they used BNPL loans for groceries.

That number was 14% in 2024.
