Current view on AI: profoundly interesting. At least a decade of opportunities and implications. AGI seems like bullshit. LLMs may plateau. I’m deeply uneasy about its impact on society and the IP and culture industries. Uncritical boosterism without parallel risk mitigation is a really bad idea.
