In its response to a federal lawsuit filed by the National Trust for Historic Preservation (seeking to halt construction of Trump’s planned new ballroom) the DOJ argued that objections to the demolition of the East Wing are “moot because the demolition has already occurred and cannot be undone.”

This is from the prosecutors opening statement in the judge Dugan trial, but under cross, the investigating agent just admitted they have no idea what “business as usual” looks like in the Milwaukee courthouse. Not going well for the government here.
Judge Dugan's clerk informed her that ICE was in the hallway.

"Then it was no longer business as usual. Then it was no longer a routine day," the prosecutor says.
