They had lawyers, trials, most were given pretrial release, allowed to testify in their own defense, got discovery, could call witnesses, could cross-examine witnesses, could present mitigation at sentencing, and had a right to appeal.

In February, I led over 150 Members of Congress in a letter to the Treasury demanding answers about Elon Musk’s access to taxpayer data.

This is the non-responsive letter they sent me this week.

I’ve filed a discharge petition to try and force a vote on my bill to end Musk’s access to your data.
