We applaud House members who voted today to pass the bipartisan Protect America’s Workforce Act, a bill which would restore collective bargaining rights to 1 million federal workers by overturning President Trump’s executive order.

BREAKING: We won!
Today the 3rd Circuit Court ordered the @post-gazette.com to restore our contract it illegally tore up 5 years ago. That’s our health care, PTO, right to a 40-hr. work week, short-term disability and so much more we’ve struck for 3+ years.

The @nytguildtech.bsky.social have been steadfast allies of ours throughout this whole thing and instrumental to showing us how to strike!
One year ago we took a step into the unknown as a unit. We walked out on a ULP strike, fighting for just cause, fair wages, and remote worker protections. A supermajority of our unit participated in this historic action, and it worked - we won our first contract.

Two years ago, 75,000 healthcare workers made history by launching the largest-ever healthcare worker strike at Kaiser Permanente.
