ICE attacked another disabled protester today, spraying chemical munitions right in the face of someone walking with a cane.
They claim they were conducting a targeted enforcement and she was “in the way”.

I need everybody to read this and understand what’s going on. These are spouses of US citizens in the country legally. They have entry clearance and green cards, they’ve passed background checks and have no criminal records. ICE is taking them anyway.

I need everybody to read this and understand what’s going on. These are spouses of US citizens in the country legally. They have entry clearance and green cards, they’ve passed background checks and have no criminal records. ICE is taking them anyway.

So, 'strong families, nutrition and fitness, and hope for the future' is just open eugenics, not even a dogwhistle. Exactly the language used in the late 19th/early 20th century iteration of movement, which used to hold 'family fitness' events promoting, you guessed it, eugenics.

I know this is not a unique observation but public health was basically created to deal with the Spanish flu, and then a century later COVID hit and killed twice as many people and our response was to destroy public health
