My villain origin story is coming home for Christmas and listening to my family cough all morning because they insisted that they were not sick. Drove 4hrs in the dark to listen to the grossest open mouth coughs. I’m not even out of bed yet and I’m so fucking angry.

« It’s edible », what my mother-in-law said of the early Christmas dinner I spent all afternoon cooking yesterday. And I still can’t tell if it was the weird brutal frankness that comes with dementia or if she was trying to joke around. But it’s going to haunt me for the rest of my life.

I have $49.15 left in my bank account, but RBC-Visa has informed me that I’m pre-approved to raise my credit limit up to SEVENTEEN THOUSAND DOLLARS. Fucking hell. I’ve never, not once, in my whole full-time working life made more than $19,000 in a year sitting at a desk and using my degrees.

IIRC, if The Rapture really happens it’s honestly going to be great down here for a thousand years until everyone gets thrown into the lake of fire. A thousand years without these assholes! It’s actually a pretty good deal!
