Long Eared Owl (Asio otus), or Ceann Cait (meaning Cat Head) in Irish. We saw four chicks in the park, one of them seperate from the rest. They were so cute, and an amazing sight to behold, one of my favourite bird sightings so far

Long Eared Owl (Asio otus), or Ceann Cait (meaning Cat Head) in Irish. We saw four chicks in the park, one of them seperate from the rest. They were so cute, and an amazing sight to behold, one of my favourite bird sightings so far

Super excited for this. I got the first book and it was an amazing resource, providing far better stat blocks for dinosaurs than base 5e does, while also giving a lot of genuine paleo knowledge

Went #birding a few days ago and got these nice photos of an old bird nest, some Mallards, a Muskrat (Which I thought was a beaver at first I'll admit) and a Downy Woodpecker

I know a lot of people find Anjanath a bit boring and basic but tbh I really like it, I like the big display sails and the giant nose, and the way it had to charge up its firebreath in World was fun and unique (they made it spam the fire a bit too much in Rise imo)

I love how when Seregios is enraged it will erect all of it's scales and its horn! Owls will actually do this with their feathers as a defensive display to appear bigger and dangerous!
