BREAKING: Big Oil was responsible for over 600 spills in UK waters in 2025, 85 of which were in or next to PROTECTED AREAS! 🌊🛢️

This equates to TONNES of toxic oil poisoning our seas and threatening precious wildlife, like porpoises, puffins and seals 🐬🦭

Enough. It’s time for change.

💔 BREAKING: Mackerel catch limits set above what is sustainable

A 70% slash in quotas was recommended by science, but the estimated UK cut is just 60%. It's not enough.

This is how fish populations collapse & coastal livelihoods are put at risk 🐟

🚨 "Half of the UK’s top 10 fish stocks are in peril; either critically low, overfished, or both" 🎣

Decades of ignoring the science have pushed cod and mackerel towards collapse.

Our Policy & Research Director Alec lays it out here👇

🚨 BREAKING: 7 supertrawlers are hoovering up our seas off Sussex RIGHT NOW 🚢

These floating fish factories can be longer than 140m with nets 3x the length of the Eiffel Tower. This is industrial overfishing happening on our doorstep 😡

🚨🐟 In 1992, Canada’s northern cod fishery collapsed almost overnight. Stocks had fallen to 1% of historic levels after decades of overfishing and industrial trawling. Entire communities lost their way of life.

The cause? DECADES of overfishing ⚠️

🐟 Cod populations are close to collapse, yet the UK just approved dangerously high catch limits - far above scientific advice

💔 14,000+ tonnes when it should be ZERO.

🌊 We need urgent action.
