Elon Musk has axed gov't departments that fall into 3 categories:
A. Regulate/penalize his companies.
B. Assists citizens who are poor, elderly or veterans he calls "parasites."
C. Provide a service (weather, education, fire, land/water rescue, forestry/park, etc.) he can privatize to make money.
