Via @sourcenm.com: New Mexico will offer child care at no cost to all residents, regardless of incomes, Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham announced on Monday, thus becoming the first U.S. state to offer universal free child care, she said.

Massachusetts has issued new regulations to ban "junk fees".

The rules require businesses to be transparent about all fees upfront, prevent unnecessary charges, and make it easier to cancel subscriptions.

The regulations apply to all businesses operating in or selling to MA.
