Repasted my gaming PC's CPU using #noctua compound, excellent temperature drop. Then formatted my PC and installed Win 11 Enterprise IOT LTSC edition. Power button to desktop and TSR's loaded in about 25 seconds. Highly recommended.

If you wanted no leaks you should have gone into Settings -> Security -> Configure privacy & security -> Privacy options -> Other -> Configure -> Media interface and clicked “Disallow.”
