According to a new study
conducted in a hospital
“Airborne SARS-CoV-2
may transmit infection
after more than 4 hours,”
so the question
you must ask yourself
is not if you are in a hospital,
but if you are somewhere
that someone was exhaling
SARS-CoV-2
in the last 4 or 5 hours.

COVID Isn’t a Cold. It’s Cigarettes All Over Again.

5 years into this experiment: we let COVID rip and pretended it was fine. Damage piled up—unlike smoking’s slow toll, we’re seeing it in real time. Every infection leaves a mark; even “mild.” The bill comes due. We chose denial

Media saying avoiding Covid is “health anxiety” is like saying…

Seatbelt = Crash Anxiety
Life Jacket = Drowning Anxiety
Helmet = Brain Injury Anxiety
Winter Boots = Frostbite Anxiety

Keep it going in the comments

This is an excellent thread
A few days out from #UNGA80, I wanted to reflect on the session we took part in and the media responses since. Mount Sinai was one of the 150 organizations that signed the global pledge to advocate for healthy indoor air. The event itself featured four panels of speakers who

I did not know Long-COVID was more prevalent than asthma among young children.

I knew several kids (family included) growing up who had asthma.

This is deeply upsetting.

The word “autism” was first used to describe behavioral differences in children in 1911 but autism has been documented using available records going back to the 1700s (definitively) and further.

Acetaminophen (Tylenol, paracetamol) was discovered in 1878 and first sold in the United States in 1950.

What Brett Sutton is saying now is nothing new. He was one of the few CHOs who openly stated that #COVIDisAirborne even in the early crisis years of the pandemic. This is an official Victorian Dept of Health video from 21 Dec, 2021.

You didn't like it when Trump said it, now be consistent and condemn this cowardly fence sitter of a PM presently trying not to lose all the Nazi votes.

Did you vote for this appeasement shit?

If you march alongside a Nazi, you legitimise them. You enable them. Good people don't do that.

It seems rare to me that anyone in positions of decision-making actually wants input from those with lived experience
From my own experiences with disability, I can say that no government in Australia wants people with lived experiences of discrimination to have any kind of key advisory role.

We don't need a more competent, less embarrassing Zionist in this special envoy role. Because the role is to quash opposition to a genocide. Scrap the whole authoritarian project completely, and then, if you want, appoint First Nations elders as an all-forms anti-racism envoy

Just a lil idea, but next time one of our allies commits a livestreamed holocaust, instead of selling them weapons, hollowing out our universities, curtailing our rights to protest and having the cops beat up peaceful people, maybe we could try stop these crimes against humanity?
