I'm worried about talk on cuts to disability benefits from MPs who have no clue of the consequences. James Cartlidge; shadow defence sec on BBC this AM effectively saying people with Anxiety should toughen up. No understanding that Anxiety can cause severe physical symptoms, palpitations & fainting

Poorest 10% of households paid 48% of income in tax; richest 10% paid 39%.
Poorest 10% paying 12% of income in VAT; richest 10% pay 3%.
Council tax: Poorest 10% paying 7%; richest 10% pay 1.2%.
No govt plans to end inequity.

Orflaith is sleeping. She's such a princess and doesn't like getting her paws muddy or her fur wet when we go out walking. She prefers sleeping! But Orflaith means golden princess, so she is just living up to her name.

No-one should be in debt for medical care. The UK have it sewn up though: If you are unlucky enough to get landed with a medical bill here, its most likely because you have no recourse to public funds..at which point bankruptcy or a (free) DRO, is an impossible luxury & even owing the NHS is a risk

I have heard that claimant names will soon be shown on CCJs on credit reports. For debt advisers this means no endless writing off to courts to find the name of a claimant so you can finalise your budget or complete a DRO.

Not been on here for a few days as we have a new dog rescued from a pound in Lancashire. We have called her Orflaith (pronounced OR-LAH). Over the last 5 days she has turned from a cowering skinny little thing in to a great big lump of a Staffy who is a proper princess! Pictures to follow

Not been on here for a few days as we have a new dog rescued from a pound in Lancashire. We have called her Orflaith (pronounced OR-LAH). Over the last 5 days she has turned from a cowering skinny little thing in to a great big lump of a Staffy who is a proper princess! Pictures to follow
