This may not seem like a big deal, but it's huge. It's the most Republicans I've seen flip like this in recent memory.

You need to mentally prepare yourself for bad news. Like, lots of it, sustained over a very long period of time. Take long breaks from social media, reach out to loved ones, get involved in your community, and if you can afford it, get a good therapist who works well with you
