Some days in public service I'm struck by how much the stress of trying to change things & doing what's right affects my mental health. It would be so much easier to just give up and do the things we're asked where the most connected people live.

Can we all get on the same page in the transpo industry that if a piece of employee feedback is given purely on the basis of societal expectations of a femme presenting person, that the feedback is 100% certified whack and that commenter should be told to kick the hardest of rocks.
