I would always want to know if a game I was interested in used Generative AI during the process but I struggle with telling my friends who are also anti Gen-AI when they are interested in one of said games because it makes me feel like a Debbie Downer immediately

I had over 2 thousand hours in this game and I refuse to give a shit about it anymore. The mod pages were already covered in gen-ai thumbnails so I doubt it will make much of a difference, but it's all so disheartening. This shows how little they care about their own brand, it's fuckin' ugly, man.

That Baer Skin ad is hideous and unsettling in such an uncanny way and further shows that companies who use generative ai to advertise their products don't deserve our money - if they care this little about displaying their own products to us, can we really trust that the products aren't trash??

I can't finish watching Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt - there are way too many jokes about sexual assault and it feels so unsafe and way too real. Kimmy was 14 when she was kidnapped, forced to marry, and then assaulted for 15 YEARS - there is no world where that can be funny to me.
