you do have to do it in a couple of places but this tutorial makes it easy to go uncheck the boxes that otherwise lets Google's AI read all your shit. or move everything over to protonmail but moving everything over is a giant thing I know.

Google has started automatically opting you in to let it read your stuff to train AI. You need to turn this off in SEVERAL places in your settings (not just for Gmail), if you want to maintain privacy and confidentiality.

As of this morning, it is imperative that the Democratic caucus in the senate remove Schumer as Minority Leader, Durbin as minority whip and Cortez Masto as Vice Chair of Outreach.

Replace them today with Van Hollen, Murphy and Merkley. Or anyone else who actually knows how to lead and discipline.

I hate that we're supposed to trudge through year after year after year acting like we don't already know the most effective solutions to social problems because some people don't like it. We know the best way to treat homelessness, addiction, crime, poverty, hunger, and bigotry but won't do it.

Beshear: Let me be clear. The president has both the funding and the authority to fund snap during a shutdown. In fact, every other president in every other shutdown has done so. People going hungry in this instance is a choice that this president has made.

When the SS guards opened the heavy iron doors of the cattle car, we were ordered to march in teh direction of a group of officers who were giving out orders. We could not stand up, let alone walk fast. We could not see well, because we had been in the darkness of the cattle car. We arived in front of an elegant SS officer, who told us to separate, mothers and young children in one direction, old people in another, young adult women yet in another direction. His words were kind and calm, assuring us we would see each other again. Later we learned this officer was Dr Josef Mengele. I held my mother's hand and one of my sister's. I let my mother's hand go, and I went with my sisters, Lili, Klari, and Hanci. We never saw again mother, father, Sari and Fricike. We were always hungry and cold at night, and we were covered with body lice that we periodically picked off each other. The worst was not knowing what had happened to our mother, father, Sari, and Fricike. The smell and the heavy dark smoke from the chimneys of the crematoriums were very frightening. When the SS guards finally selected all four us sisters to go on a transport, it did not matter to us where we were taken. We all thought that no place could be worse than Auschwitz. We were put into the disinfecting barrack again and we were given a different pile of rags to wear. After a few days we were finally put in cattle cars and left Auschwitz. After a few months in Auschwitz we were now on our way to another camp.
