I don’t feel realism is necessarily BAD, it’s just that the industry at large still hasn’t gotten past the hardware race where the most “real” looking games were the ones that got money dumped on them because they could show off the shiny graphics better even if they were lacking in other areas.
im getting kinda tired of everyone having a kneejerk reaction of realism = bad in video games these days...
