Hungary's Viktor Orbán is looking for ways to keep power if he loses next year’s election, Bloomberg reports.

He is considering shifting into the presidency and turning the largely ceremonial office into Hungary’s dominant political post, an idea he raised after meeting Trump.

Because this does NOT add up!

No, this is not a “poor pensioner” scrabbling around for pennies…

Oh, this is good: Lib Dem peer @markpackuk.bsky.social asked the Government "whether they have considered creating a Gov.uk account on Bluesky, and if so, when that consideration took place, and what the outcome was."

The answer reveals that Govt use of X hasn't been reviewed since April 2023...

The misleading article on Spain's blackouts was written by Telegraph energy editor Jonathan Leake — who until two years ago was head media at oil and gas lobby group OEUK (formerly Oil and Gas UK).
UK media is so wild. It is tough to properly convey how shockingly deceptive this article is. It's desperate I guess but a lot of people will still read this, and trust it bc it's coming from what looks to be a reputable media outlet.
