Actually not unexpected, if you look at how they have dismantled many protections that try to prevent another 9/11. Also all the people who worked on protecting US from domestic terroristism were fired or out working with ICE. Few holding down the fort. It is more likely than not sadly.

The white woman Carolyn Bryant who falsely accused him of harassing her, confessed she lied. The warrant for her arrest was never enforced. She died only 2 years ago in 2023 at the age of 88.
