this is negligibly different than footage of US occupying forces in Iraq menacing civilians
But this is how Border Patrol in particular has behaved, continuously. They threaten and brutalize people at the slightest provocation. They troop around like an invading army, not a force that is supposed to protect us. When you see it, it’s so clear: they’re the conquerors, we’re the enemy.

Saying there must be trials isn't just an emotive aspiration.
Congress can:
- Create a new court (complying w/ 6A jury vicinage)
- Give it jurisdiction over defined category of crimes
- Also create dedicated prosecutors for the same
- Strip SCOTUS of appellate jurisdiction
It can be done.

Two women trained as first responders were abducted by three ICE agents. One of the agents starts seizing. The other two don’t know what to do. The women jump into action and save the agent’s life, only to be re-handcuffed and processed.

I’m not sure people outside the Twin Cites realize the prevalence and the fear ICE is causing in Twin Cities. They are dining undercover pretending to be couples at restaurants, they are going to businesses and checking the license plates of cars to find employees. Every public place is compromised.
