If I were running the DNC, there would be Democratic Party sponsored food relief banks across the country right now that specifically welcomed anyone regardless of party affiliation.

Along with the food, there could be voter registration and links to runforsomething.net

I'm starting to think it's really just me who finds all these AI word games-- because that's all they are, word games-- supremely uninteresting. If there's not a human mind and soul behind the words, WHO CARES PULL THE PLUG.
A psychotherapist decided to treat ChatGPT as if it were his patient. The experience left him “alternately gratified and horrified,” and, above all, unable to pull himself away.
Putting ChatGPT on the Couch
When I played doctor with the chatbot, the simulated patient confessed problems that are real—and that should worry all of us.

TRUMP [reading this]: he's right. that is what I should focus on
The Trump administration’s threat to deploy troops in Portland is unlawful.

Here’s a thought.

I'm watching "The Crown" (like, a decade behind, I know). I'm in season 2, and the Marburg papers were just discovered and published; the Queen finally understands how lucky it was that her uncle abdicated, because he was prepared to sell the UK out to Hitler. Wish we had a comparable out here.

He was a lyrical genius, a mathematical genius, had a wicked sense of humor and political conscience, and-- I'm sorry-- just *look* at him 😍. One of my finest midcentury crushes.

• Mamdani is not in the country illegally
• He does not have any connection to 9/11 or jihadist terrorism
• Mamdani hasn’t actually said or done anything antisemitic
• He did not call to ‘globalize the intifada’
• He’s not a communist
