One day a few years from now you’re gonna try to explain NFTs and the plainly idiotic mania that surrounded them (for what, 18 months?) to a much younger person and they are just simply not going to believe you
somebody who came into my TL with the "NFT's are the future! You'll be able to unlock your car with them!" line reminded me of this cartoon from 2022, specifically the fifth panel.
