Y'all the defendant/s will try a motion to dismiss in that defamation before it ever gets to discovery where they will argue lack of Actual Malice/causation/that the statement was an opinion and they will likely win.

I love the fact that this dumbass thinks when I go get lime juice and cilantro for my salsa today I am going to need to flash a Real ID to the Publix clerk or auto-checkout machine.

In light of this I would like to announce that any Asylum application I help prepare and file will be retroactively filed the day before the 1 year expiration period ended and thus are all timely.

It's me. I might be the guy. I think he waited long enough that it killed any of the benefit for either Jefferies, the DNC or Mandami and at this point it just inflicts cost on each of them. Would have been better not to endorse at this point.
