<div class="field field-field-text"><p>The UN’s Palestinian refugee agency (Unrwa) said that Israel is continuing to block its staff and humanitarian aid from entering Gaza.</p>
<p>"Around 12,000 of our staff continue to deliver healthcare, psychosocial support and education to the people, often under unimaginable conditions,” the agency said in a post on X.</p>
<p>Israel had banned Unrwa from operating in the territory it controls last year, claiming a number of its employees were members of Hamas.</p>

<div class="field field-field-text"><p>The National Campaign for the Retrieval of Palestinian and Arab War Victims’ Corpses and the Disclosure of the Fate of the Missing said Israeli authorities are holding the bodies of 735 people in cemeteries and morgues.</p>
<p>The organisation said the cemeteries mark the bodies of Palestinians with numbers rather than names, and that 479 bodies have been withheld since the start of 2025, including 86 people who died in detention, 67 children and 10 women.</p>
<p>Some of the bodies of Palestinians were not returned after the 1967 war.</p>
