The federal government is an insurance company with an army. You can’t make major spending cuts without slashing Social Security, Medicare and Medicaid and/or weakening national defense

On #WorldCleanAirDay, let me say this: Even if we can eliminate all CO₂ emissions from fossil fuels with carbon dioxide removal (CDR) deployments (we can't; not even close), we shouldn't keep setting carbon on fire because air pollution from combustion will still kill millions of people every year.
