While Simon Harris is out talking about the need to buy new fighter jets, close to 5000 children are experiencing homelessness, and having the most developmentally important years of their lives destroyed.
There are so many ways they could act to sort this out, but they refuse to do anything.

The number of people experiencing homelessness in Ireland reached 15,286 in January 2025, according to the latest government report—an increase of 422 in a month and 13% over the past year. Among them are 4,603 children.

And, I’ve said it before. But when I click on links written by diligent journalists in respected outlets they are paywalled. The links that are funded by right wing dark money are not. There has to be a solution, because there’s only so many paid subscriptions that the average person can sustain

The Government plan is to temporarily renationalise Thames Water, for you to pay off its debts, and then to let someone else takeover so they can rob you, build up massive debts and do the same all over again.

By any measure, Twitter is a FAR worse platform for social use than almost anywhere else. Engagement has nosedived, it's full of (and caters to) fascists and bots, full of spam, owned and run by a megalomaniac who's using it to interfere in the democracy of entire countries...
