This is news to me, and we have until October 9th to comment. "In a notice published in the Federal Register today, September 9, 2025, the agency issued a formal Request for Information (RFI) asking visitors to share stories and suggestions about how the nation’s parks can better serve the public."
Today, the National Park Service opened a one-month comment period during which the public can share their recommendations or concerns about visitor services at the parks.

This is an extraordinary opportunity to tell them exactly what we want to see, do, learn, and experience in national parks.
