City leaving Semenyo at Bournemouth for this weekend, Arsenal winning anyway and then City dropping points without him was pretty much the ideal scenario.

Always funny when a team tries to play games with their transfer moves and it backfires.

Arsenal were the only “big 6” club that won this weekend. That’s the second round in a row where that has happened.

Bernardo Silva, all of three feet tall and looking like a novice monk in a Zurbaran painting, gets away with being a top candidate for the title of dirtiest player in the PL week after week. Even better at this than Casemiro was with Real. Never mentioned in comms either.

Harry Wilson's purple patch continues with a goal against former club Liverpool.

Since the start of November, only Erling Haaland has had more Premier League goal involvements than Wilson.

Taking significant restraint not to point out to Liverpool fans that they "only have three injuries" while they complain about missing Isak and Ekitike.

Looks like they all suddenly understand the concept of cluster injuries after deliberately failing to understand it for the last 12 months.

I've been trying really hard not to moan about refereeing this season.

This is the worst officiating performance I've seen in ages.

A mistake every couple of minutes. No consistency. Ignoring some ridiculous challenges like Jesus' leg being held on to for five seconds there.

On a serious note, why should Gianni Infantino get away with this?

How can his position not be under the utmost scrutiny? What mechanism is there for him to be removed after his pathetic display of obsequiousness is shown to be the outright sham we all knew it to be?

Football deserves better.
I woke up to see the news. I am aghast.

I can't believe the FIFA peace prize has been disrespected like this. Is nothing sacred anymore?

Give a lifetime contract to the ball boy who made Martinez walk all the way over to him at 2-0 then dropped the ball at his feet.

Even better, Martinez picked up the ball cone and moved it closer for his next goal-kicks, and the ball boy moved it back.

Trossard is such a bagsman. Have said it consistently since he signed, he feels like an adult in the room when it comes to end product. Great finisher, cool at the right moments, strikes the ball well off both feet.

He's stepped up massively this season.

That's superb from Odegaard for the second goal, after the interception the weight of pass was just 👌

Caicedo, just back from a ban, gets an early yellow which means he misses the next game through yellow card accumulation.

I find it incredible that Chelsea's disciplinary record this season, on and off the pitch, hasn't been written about at length.

3.24 xG for Arsenal. Crystal Palace under 1. You wouldn't know it from the commentary, though. They think a draw was the fair result.
