Warnings rise for U.S. as a severe flu strain causes outbreaks. A flu strain that emerged over the summer is causing unprecedented outbreaks in Japan, as well as in Canada and the U.K. The CDC hasn't provided insights on flu in the U.S. in nearly 2 months.

Most of our deep sleep happens in the first four hours of sleep. This may or may not happen before midnight, depending on your sleep schedule. Rest assured, folks who work a midnight shift will still get deep sleep whenever they find enough time to slumber. dana.org/resources/un...

Get those kids their flu shots (along with everyone else) - unvaccinated kids are a huge percentage of those that end up hospitalized every year.
