Judges have typical approval rates for warrants of above 98% (no exaggeration). Warrants can be obtained in as fast as 30 minutes for urgent matters. ICE's problem with judicial warrants isnt their delay, it's that they're lawless, lack probable cause, and judges may say no.
Emmer: "It's a false herring for these guys to suggest, 'Oh, we now we need a judicial warrant,' because they know that that's going to delay any enforcement of the actual administrative warrant."
