As a member of the Oversight Committee, I just questioned Alex Acosta, the US Attorney who negotiated Epstein’s sweetheart plea deal.
His answers were evasive and non-credible.

At Madison Plan Commission tonight, they are revising the changes to the city tree protection ordinance from 5 ft for all trees to 1f/inch tree diameter.

Oh no I'm late for Madison Plan Commission. But yes lots of discussion of TREES tonight. A proposed ordinance will extend the "tree protection zone" from 5 ft to 1 ft/inch trunk diameter. Also 73 unit apartment approved at 121 N Butler on the consent agenda.

On the consent agenda Plan Commission approved conditional use for a 5 story 171 unit mixed use building and 6 unit town house at 922-930 N Fair Oaks. They also approved a 70 unit building at 3236-3300 Commercial.
