Recently viewed a house. Lovely place, nothing wrong with it at all but had to convince the wife out of buying it. Why? Because it's number 9. Thanks Reece Shearsmith / Steve Pemberton.

Just heard the tube train driver announce “we’re being held at a red signal for a few minutes sorry for the delay”

Then immediately watched the poor bloke make a break for the toilets at full sprint.

I don’t mind mate just tell us you’re running for a wazz 🤷🏻‍♀️

Nothing makes me more depressed than riding the bus through Hampstead watching the massive gated detached homes go by, knowing I will never have that.

Warmer planet = weaker polar jet stream = more intense temp fluctuations = more ice and snow storms pushing further south.

This is Andrew J Moyer who is a snake. A small Oxford team were the first to develop purified penicillin for medicinal use. They had a contract with Moyer to develop new ways to increase yield. Moyer went behind the oxford team's back, claimed all the credit and PATENTED pencillin production.

The last 24 hours have not been good in the aviation world. The last WEEK hasn't been good in the aviation world.

Three crashes in one day and four crashes including two catastrophic crashes in one week.
🇨🇦✈️ In Canada, a plane caught fire after its wing hit the runway due to problems with the landing gear, people were evacuated in time;

🇳🇴✈️ In Norway, a Boeing made an emergency landing and rolled off the runway due to a hydraulic system malfunction. There were no casualties.

Really excellent episode just lost me at the end as it just didn't feel believable even in a science fiction show.

German authorities now claiming the lack of bollards at one entrance of the #Magdeburg christmas market was an emergency services route. This is absolutely ridiculous I've worked numerous large events, every single one emergency services vehicles ALWAYS wait outside the barriers and crews go in.

There is NO point in paying for and installing bollards if they don't protect 360 degrees. #Magdeburg
