I am making a 2d game framework with javaScript but it misses too many features that i need to implement (and some need refactoring). That takes time and i need Money! I do not have a commercial plan. What do i do? should i aim to crowdfounding?

The point of good enemy AI isn't to win. That's very often easy and deeply frustrating for players. The point of good enemy AI is to lose in a way that feels like the player made good choices and not that the AI was self-sabotaging to give them the win.

We need a global maximum wealth tax.

Last time this came up, there was an interesting discussion about the level it should kick in. My starting position is that anyone with assets of £10m should be paying a wealth tax, with a view to extinguishing further wealth accumulation entirely beyond £25m.

high level: games have audiences and those audiences have emotional needs, which I need to understand when making a game. If the audience has an emotional need for Overcoming Opposition, then giving them failure or frustration before success is a useful way to fulfill that need
I’m interested in how game devs use the feeling of failure in gameplay loops
