4rd Strike Arranged is neat, but Dudley's 2i move being back is still weird. I like EX ducking & that SA2 has two stocks
Akuma's Misogi (SA2) is OP since you can also hit airborne opponents. His SA3 is different in two ways. Either a buff that enhances him or UUU+KK. Looks cool but specific to land
