In the manga Kaitou Saint Tail there was a "nun-in-training" who helped the protagonist, a thief magical girl, know where and what to steal from bad people. She was also her classmate.
In an author's note, the mangaka admitted that everything she knew about nuns was from another manga / anime

It's so funny that despite his obvious interest and research into European history and Christianity, Nasu does the super basic Japanese writer thing of thinking that nuns are just Catholic shrine maidens.
