One minor thing I’m not liking about the new Shinobi is that your sword doesn’t parry regular enemy shurikens.
This Cannon Punch can break shield guards but doesn’t null this enemy’s attack either.
A little nitpicky, yes, but that’d make the game cooler without making you overpowered imo

One minor thing I’m not liking about the new Shinobi is that your sword doesn’t parry regular enemy shurikens.

2025 was a very good year for shmups imo. There were quite a number of notable releases (in particular order), but here are the 6 that I enjoyed the most:
1) Varyznex is actually a remake of Vastynex which is a Thunder Force homage and if anyone knows me, they know I LOVE Thunder Force

Aha, the Seimitsu LS-32 I ordered last week for my Zanac NEO runs arrived today. I wasn't expecting to 1CC it this past Tuesday 😅

I miss HEB...
The town I grew up in used to have a Piggly Wiggly supermarket. I guess that's why it closed since an HEB opened up and boomed for the whole state.
