This mini-boss is most-of-the-time impossible to kill with a fully powered up Weapon 0 (secondary weapon). Others work best like 1, 4, 5, & 7, but I need 0 to survive the rest of the game.
You can't switch between weapons unless you've spent time powering them all up first + depend on random drops.

If I can't 1CC this in 10 "good" tries (no restart syndrome 😅), I'll bump the difficulty down to Hard instead of Very Hard.
