I would include the UN failing to do its job.
The problem there is the veto power in the Security Council. It prevents UN doing anything about any war mongering.

We had to set up a lock box so that the carers could open it to get a key to gain entry to help my aunt. Just need to get permission to site the lock box somewhere that won't be too visible.

Aged Care 😬 My deaf friend who has vascular dementia had his home cleaner cancelled. Rang today and re arranged. They’d cancelled him because he doesn’t hear the door buzzer. 🤞🏼🤞🏼 Won’t wear his hearing aid apparently it drags his ear down?? 🤷🏼♀️
