I love our dog so very much, but my least favorite thing that he does is to wait until we've settled on the couch and started a show to alert us that he needs a walk - by staring at us and barking loudly.

I'm sure marketing guys have their reasons, but maintaining any nod to a Microsoft NBC cable TV news partnership that ended 20 years ago (instead of just coming up with a completely new brand) is foundationally odd

Ugh, gross. I bought this AT&T branded Samsung Galaxy S10+ 5G tablet directly from Samsung, and I'm using it on US Mobile's AT&T MVNO service. Going to Mexico next week and wanted to add an eSIM, but it's network locked to AT&T and I can't unlock it until 60 days after purchase... DUMB!

I hate Zelle so much. What do you mean I can only register my phone and email with one bank account? Banks have all the money and computer and this is the best they could come up with?

Walking the dog and there's a Waymo test car driving around the neighborhood. A couple of my neighbors are gobsmacked that they drive themselves. (Though this one has a person behind the wheel for testing.)

Here is just one of my ideas about building data centers. They are needed. But each city, county, and state that allows one to be built should write in the approval permits. They MUST build on-site solar or wind generation systems to supply 125% of the power needed to run the site. while operating.

Americans aren’t getting naked in locker rooms as much anymore. It’s a striking reversal in cultural norms—one that could profoundly change how we view the naked body, Jacob Beckert writes:
The Disappearance of Everyday Nudity
American locker rooms are getting more modest. We’re losing something in the process.
